First I had not heard anything from the seller for a month after buying the lamp. That does not happen very often here on etsy. Since they got back to me fairly quickly after I'd contacted them I thought nothing of it. But then this!! I only received pieces of broken wood and sawdust because they had not insulated the lamp properly before sending it across europe. I cannot express my disappointment. So I can only recommend staying away and not buying anything from this seller.
